Lanes start from the main computer, not from here.
Start runs the one-press live lane (tools/run_lane.sh): a Sonnet lane in its own worktree adds one sorter rule with its test, opens a pull request and writes its trail. Your words in Lane stay a draft.

The exchange
Pick a session. Your words go to that one only.
Your words are written to the session's mailbox, and it reads them at boot or when it is asked. The mailbox is the transcript: every message and reply stays in it.

How the alarm reaches you
With this screen open and the phone awake, the shout fills the screen and chimes until you tap it. That part needs no signal.
With the phone locked in a pocket, a web app cannot ring on its own. Two things can: the phone's own Clock timers, and a push from the server. The push needs signal, rings once per push with the phone's own sound and buzz, up to four times, and waits behind a Focus like any notification. The Clock timer rings through silent and Focus and keeps ringing.
One-time setup on the iPhone: open Shortcuts, tap +, name it Harness Timer, add Receive Text input, then Split Text by comma, then Repeat with Each holding Start Timer set to the Repeat Item in minutes. Then this switch starts one Clock timer for every shout.
